Ticket Information

Berkshire Opera Ticketing Policies

All sales are final. Ticket orders are processed in the order they are received. No refunds or credits will be issued. Personnel, programs, dates and locations are subject to change.

Tickets will be mailed after June 15th, 2008. Tickets purchased within two weeks of the performance date will be available at the theatre Will Call window beginning 90 minutes prior to the performance. Remaining tickets will be on sale at the door 90 minutes prior to the start of each performance. Please call ahead to the appropriate theatre to check availability.

Unused tickets can be returned for resale 24 hours prior to the performance. Berkshire Opera will happily issue you a tax credit letter. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged by calling the appropriate theatre box office. Exchanges will be made for an alternate performance of the same production and given the best seating available.

Groups

Students
Children under 13 qualify for 50% off tickets in any section. Students 14 and older may purchase tickets for 25% off in any section with a valid school ID. Call Berkshire Opera Box Office for more details: 413.442.0099
